Willie Mullins has indicated that Conor O’Dwyer will get the nod to saddle Florida Pearl in Thursday’s Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Mullins said O’Dwyer is favourite, but that he will hold out on making a decision in case either Ruby Walsh or Paul Carberry becomes available.

"I'll be declaring Conor when I declare the horse and unless there is a late change Conor will ride him," Mullins said.

Adrian Maguire was his original choice until the jockey broke his neck in a fall at Warwick on Saturday.

Florida Pearl is reported in good form by Mullins and is a 10-1 chance for the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
