One change to starting XI for Republic of Ireland v Belgium

Martin O’Neill has made only one change to his starting team for this afternoon’s match against Belgium in the Stade de Bordeaux.

With Jonathan Walters missing due to an achilles injury, Stephen Ward comes into the starting XI.

Many expected to see James McClean start, but he is likely to make an appearance from the bench. Robbie Keane also has to settle for a substitute role.

John O’Shea again captains, with Ciaran Clark alongside him in defence, while goal hero Wes Hoolahan leads the attack.

The Belgium team has also been named, with Romelu Lukaku starting up front.
