Austin Powers sequel trailer on the internet

The first trailer for Austin Powers In Goldmember has appeared online.

The first trailer for Austin Powers In Goldmember has appeared online.

The promo film runs for just over two minutes.

It opens with a parody of the Goldfinger title sequence, featuring gold-painted women.

A voice-over then says "He defeated evil, he overcame huge obstacles and he tracked trouble to its source. This summer, isn't it time for a little Austin Powers?"

The trailer goes on to recreate the intro to the first Austin Powers film, in which Austin dances his way through a stereotypical London street in the swinging sixties.

But this time it's Mini Austin - International Clone Of Mystery leading a procession of characters who are of similarly diminutive stature.

The full trailer can be seen at www.apple.com/trailers.

Austin Powers In Goldmember hits UK cinemas next summer.
