Foil, Arms and Hog are back with a trailer for 'A Very Irish Film' and they pretty much name the key elements for making an Irish movie.
As well as being old and sad, your typical Irish movie must include:
Lovers haunted by religious strife, families torn apart by conflict, the Catholic Church, a foreign enemy, the demon drink, a stirring rendition of an Irish hymn, unnecessary landscape shots, unpronounceable names.
And potatoes.
Sounds about right, really.
