More than 120 jobs are to be lost through the closure of a Dublin-based electronics firm.

More than 120 jobs are to be lost through the closure of a Dublin-based electronics firm.

A total of 56 of the posts – at Trend Technologies Europe – will go tomorrow, and the rest by December 20.

The company went into receivership last week following a move by their American parent group to file for bankruptcy in the United States.

The plant supplied components for the computer industry.
