The High Court is to rule today on a defamation action taken by Ruth Hickey, the partner of pantomime star Twink's former husband David Agnew.

The High Court is to rule today on a defamation action taken by Ruth Hickey, the partner of pantomime star Twink's former husband David Agnew.

The 36-year-old musician claims she was portrayed as a prostitute in articles published by the Sunday World.

Ms Hickey is also seeking damages over photographs taken of her and her child, claiming it breached their right to privacy.
