O'Keefe to cut international rules panel

Ireland boss John O'Keeffe and his backroom team will reduce their panel from 33 to 26 for next month's International Rules games.

Ireland boss John O'Keeffe and his backroom team will reduce their panel from 33 to 26 for next month's International Rules games.

O'Keeffe has also hinted that he may bring two new players into the fray with Nicholas Walsh (Cavan) and Fergal Doherty (Derry) tipped to make the grade.

The Kerry selector will leave five players on standby when he makes the cut this Saturday after training.
