Hill hints at return
Lauryn Hill has given her biggest indication that she may be ready to return to the spotlight.
The five-time Grammy-winning songstress took a hiatus from showbiz in 1999 to enjoy motherhood and spend time with her five children, but has returned to the stage, giving a rousing performance at the Harmony Festival in Santa Rosa, California.
She told Npr.com after her set: “It’s just time – I’m starting to get excited again.
“Believe it or not, I think what people are attracted to about me, if anything, is my passion. People got exposed to my passion through music and song first.”
