Hugh and Sandra attend screening

Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock have attended the premiere of their new film Two Weeks Notice.

The pair arrived together for the screening and kept everybody guessing about whether their on-screen affair had blossomed into a real-life romance.

They flirted and joked their way through the evening and at one point Bullock even reached out playfully to pinch her co-star's bottom as they posed on the red carpet.

Grant, 42, says he would love to make another film with Bullock but didn't think she would agree.

"I would love to work with Sandy again but, alas, I don't think she feels the same," he said.

The Four Weddings and a Funeral star added; "I have never had so much fun making a film before. I never have fun at work so it was a strange experience for me."

Asked about the rumours of a romance between the pair Bullock, 38, replied: "That's probably as true a rumour as has been written."

In Two Weeks Notice Bullock plays a neurotic environmental lawyer who is hired by Grant's Billionaire property tycoon.

The couple start off loathing each other but soon find themselves falling in love.

Two-thousand film fans braved the wintry weather outside the cinema in London's Leicester Square and were rewarded with a walk-about by the two stars.
