Two fishermen rescued off Wexford coast

Two fishermen have been rescued after getting into difficulty off the Wexford coast.

The men had been razor fishing - a mile and a half to the south east of Blackwater Head.

The Wexford RNLI lifeboat responded to their call just after midday, and requested the assistance of Rosslare Harbour RNLI.

The lifeboat crew found that the fishermen were not in immediate danger, and helped establish a towline to free the vessel.
