A man who went missing from his home in Co. Leitrim on Friday has been found dead.

A man who went missing from his home in Co. Leitrim on Friday has been found dead.

Dariusz Wieslaw Kawecki went missing from his home at Carrigallen around midday on Friday, December 16.

The 25-year-old man was found dead shortly after 5pm yesterday afternoon during a search in Carrigallen.

Gardaí said they and the family of the deceased man wish to thank the public and media for their assistance.
