Boy, 3, dies in Mayo quad-bike accident

A three-year-old boy died last night following a quad bike accident in Co Mayo.

A three-year-old boy died last night following a quad bike accident in Co Mayo.

The accident happened shortly before 10pm in Ballycastle, in the north of the county.

The child's body was taken to Mayo General Hospital, where a post mortem will be carried out tomorrow.
