The Minister for Tourism Mary Hanafin is promoting visits to Ireland during a series of meetings in London today.

Last year, four million tourists from the UK travelled to Ireland, making it a key market for the country.

Ms Hanafin will also launch the 1901 Census Online to the market in Great Britain.

She hopes to reverse the decline in tourists visiting Ireland with a concerted marketing campaign.
