A new poll has put voter satisfaction with the Government at its highest level in four years.

A new poll has put voter satisfaction with the Government at its highest level in four years.

The Ipsos MRBI survey in today's Irish Times puts Fine Gael's popularity at 28%, up four points and Labour is unchanged at 7%.

Fianna Fáil has seen its popularity rise three points to 20%, while Sinn Féin are down three to 21% and Independents fell four points to 24%.

1,200 voters were polled for the study last week.

Government satisfaction is up five points to 30%, which is its highest rating since October 2011.
