The Union of Students in Ireland has accused the Government of "abhorrent and deceitful" behaviour over the review of third-level funding.

The Union of Students in Ireland has accused the Government of "abhorrent and deceitful" behaviour over the review of third-level funding.

The union claims the review, which the Minister for Education Noel Dempsey says is almost complete, was actually finished two years ago.
