New York children charged with murder of toddler
In New York, two young brothers have been charged with stabbing a four-year-old boy to death.
The boys, aged eight and nine, allegedly severed the toddler’s jugular vein with a pen or a key outside an apartment block.
The pair have been charged as juveniles and are to be sent for stringent psychological examinations.
