The Dublin and Monaghan bombings will be discussed in the Dáil later today.

The debate comes amid renewed calls for a full public inquiry into the atrocities which claimed the lives of 33 people in 1974.

Relatives of the victims will present a recently published book on the bombings to every member of the Oireachtas prior to the debate.

Bernie Bergin of the Justice for the Forgotten group said last night that many TDs were still ill-informed about the Dublin and Monaghan atrocities.
