Man charged with assault
A man has been charged in Dublin District Court in connection with the discovery of the body of a homeless man in the north inner city over the weekend.
39-year-old Joseph McWeeney with an address at Benburb Street was charged with assault causing harm.
Joseph Fitzgerald, originally from Ballyfermot was found with head injuries on a building site on the north inner city on Saturday.
