A worker who was injured when 15 floors of scaffolding collapsed at a building site has died in hospital, it was confirmed today.

A worker who was injured when 15 floors of scaffolding collapsed at a building site has died in hospital, it was confirmed today.

The man, who has not been named, was one of three people who were injured when the scaffolding collapsed at the site of the new Jurys Inn Hotel, in Milton Keynes, England on Tuesday.

A spokeswoman for the British Health and Safety Executive (HSE) confirmed that a man had died in hospital.

“We were informed yesterday,” she said.

The British HSE is investigating the circumstances leading to the collapse.

“We will continue to work with the police,” the spokeswoman said.
