Kerry goalkeeper Declan O'Keeffe will receive the mandatory four-week ban after receiving a red card in a club game at the weekend.

Kerry goalkeeper Declan O'Keeffe will receive the mandatory four-week ban after receiving a red card in a club game at the weekend.

The Rathmore man was initially yellow carded but referee Mike O'Donoghue immediately realised his mistake and changed it to red.

It is reported that O'Keeffe was involved in an off the ball incident with Dr Crokes' midfielder David Moloney.
