Woman dies in three-car crash
A woman died tonight after a three-car crash in Co Galway.
Gardai said the accident happened shortly after 5pm today at Recess, Co Galway on the N59.
There were no other injuries.
A garda spokesman said: “A 42-year-old female driver who was travelling alone received serious injuries when the car she was driving was in collision with another vehicle.
“She died later at University College Hospital Galway.”
