British Prime Minister Tony Blair and US vice-President Dick Cheney have met in London to discuss the possibility of another US-British war against Iraq.

British Prime Minister Tony Blair and US vice-President Dick Cheney have met in London to discuss the possibility of another US-British war against Iraq.

The meeting comes amid growing speculation that the two countries are planning to attack Iraq and remove President Saddam Hussein from power.

Speaking after the meeting, Mr Blair said Mr Hussein is stockpiling weapons of mass destruction.

Mr Blair said Saddam Hussein has "not allowed weapons inspectors to do their job".
