Ryanair, the low fares airlines, has announced a new twice-daily route between London and Reus-Barcelona, Spain.
The flights will commence on November 6, 2003 with fares starting from £19.99 (€28.78) one-way including taxes.
Chief Executive of Ryanair, Michael O'Leary said: "Reus is our second airport in Catalunya and we will carry 200,000 passengers on the new route in its first year of service, which will create 200 jobs in the local economy and give a huge boost to tourism to the country."
O'Leary said that 1.5m of the airline's 24m passengers will be on Ryanair's Catalunyan and Spanish routes.
