Michael Schumacher has won yet another Grand Prix at San Marino today as he continued his march towards yet another Driver’s Championship.

The German finished almost 18 seconds clear of his Ferrari team mate, Rubens Barichello with Ralf Schumacher taking the last place on the podium.

Juan Pablo Montoya never managed to mount the sort of challenge his fans were hoping for as his Williams finished almost 45 seconds behind Schumacher in fourth place just ahead of Jenson Button with David Coulthard finishing in sixth.

Once again the two Jordan’s failed to finish the race with technical and gearbox problems while Eddie Irvine also failed to finish at the Ferrari team’s home track.
