The Greens have launched a range of reforms aimed at tackling the housing crisis in Dublin.

They include extending the first-time buyers grant to include second-hand homes and abolition of stamp duty for people trading down to a smaller house.

Councillor Eamonn Ryan, a candidate in Dublin South, says house prices must be brought down.
