Woman dies in Mayo crash

A woman has died following a road crash in Belmullet, Co Mayo, in the early hours of this morning.

A woman has died following a road crash in Belmullet, Co Mayo, in the early hours of this morning.

The single-vehicle accident happened in Blacksod at around 5.30am.

The victim was a passenger in the car. The driver and another passenger are being treated at Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar.
