Two Liverpool men are due to appear in Dublin District Court today in connection with the seizure of €3m worth of heroin and cocaine in Dublin on Saturday night.
The 22-year-old and 24-year-old were each charged last night with four offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Each was charged with possession of the heroin and cocaine and possession with intent to supply both drugs.
The men were detained overnight in Blanchardstown Garda Station pending their appearance in court.
The drugs were found concealed in the floor of an UK-registered van which was stopped by the Garda National Drugs Unit in Howth on Saturday evening.
Gardaí also seized a number of vehicles in follow-up searches.
