Property developer Paddy McKillen will begin his constitutional challenge to Nama in the High Court today.

Property developer Paddy McKillen will begin his constitutional challenge to Nama in the High Court today.

McKillen claims that his loans should not be transferred to Nama, because some of them are still performing.

He claims the State institution has no right to acquire his debts as he is an unimpaired borrower.
