Three men have been taken to hospital after falling from a crane at a port near Derry.

Three men have been taken to hospital after falling from a crane at a port near Derry.

They dropped into the hold of a boat at around 9.45am this morning at Lisahally docks.

The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) said the three men have been taken to Altnagelvin hospital.

One has back and neck injuries, a second has back injuries and the third has been described as “walking wounded”.
