McManaman keen to stay at Madrid
Steve McManaman has denied he is leaving Real Madrid to join a British club.
The winger is out of favour at the Bernabeu and has been linked with moves to Manchester City, Everton and Celtic.
But he told Everton's website: ''I have a contract with Madrid and I want to continue here.
''I don't know anything about Manchester City, Everton, Celtic or the rest because nobody has presented me with an offer.''
Real's sporting director Jorge Valadano added: ''At this moment there is no formal offer for McManaman.''
