Liam Lawlor expected to meet Flood Tribunal deadline

Dublin west TD Liam Lawlor has until this evening to deliver all available records of his financial affairs to the Flood Tribunal.

Dublin west TD Liam Lawlor has until this evening to deliver all available records of his financial affairs to the Flood Tribunal.

According to reports this morning, the beleaguered TD will make the deadline.

Deputy Lawlor, who has already served six weeks in prison for non-compliance with the tribunal, is believed to have travelled to the Czech Republic and London to obtain information from his financial associates.

The information is believed to relate to the TD’s bank accounts in the US and Liechenstein and his son’s bank accounts in the US and Ireland.
