Celtic youngster Craig Beattie believes Charles-Edouard Coridon has shown enough promise to earn a permanent deal at Parkhead.
The Lens midfielder hopes Martin O’Neill can agree a fee with his club after his performance against Tottenham in Tuesday night’s friendly win.
He has been a big hit with the Celtic players, and Beattie has certainly been impressed by the Martinique international.
He said: “It must have been difficult for him to come in and try and adapt to how we play.
“He had to learn when players beside him sit and when they go, but he did well.
“He does not speak the lingo fluently, so it must be difficult for him. But he has done well.”
