Drumm: Children's super hospital heading for planning

The head of the HSE Brendan Drumm has said the new children's super hospital should be heading into the planning stages in the coming months.

The head of the HSE Brendan Drumm has said the new children's super hospital should be heading into the planning stages in the coming months.

Mr Drumm was addressing a conference in Dublin at which aspects of the plans to amalgamate the three existing children's hospitals at the Mater site were unveiled.

The decision to locate the hospital there has been criticised given the size of the Dublin 7 site.
