The Government has agreed the dates for the new schedule of fees for existing Tribunals and inquiries.

The outgoing Minister for Finance, Charlie McCreevy, announced a new schedule of fees for barristers in July.

The dates for the application of the new fees have been set for between December of this year, and September 2006 for the Morris Tribunal.
