Loyalists block roads in Belfast

Loyalists have blocked main roads in Belfast this evening in protest at the re-routing of an Orange parade on Saturday.

Loyalists have blocked main roads in Belfast this evening in protest at the re-routing of an Orange parade on Saturday.

So far, the Springfield and Crumlin Roads have been blocked along with the West Circular Road.

It is expected that the blockades will lead to traffic chaos in the north and west of the city as commuters try to get home.
