Youths sought over petrol bomb attack

Police in the North were today trying to track down three youths after a petrol bomb was thrown into a house.

Police in the North were today trying to track down three youths after a petrol bomb was thrown into a house.

The living room of the property was damaged in the attack in Dunfane Park in the north of Ballymena, Co Antrim, shortly before 1am.

Another device struck an exterior wall.

Three youths were seen running in the direction of Beech Drive.

No motive has yet been established for the attack.

Detectives today appealed to anyone who could identify the youths to contact them.
