Helen Flanagan has been sent a devastating tell-all letter from a woman who reportedly sent texts to Scott Sinclair.
The former 'Coronation Street' star received a note from TV presenter Donatella Panayiotou, who claimed soccer ace Scott referred to Helen - who he dated on/off for four years - as his ex when he met Donatella on holiday in Cannes.
Donatella also told how she was "shocked" when she found out the Manchester City player was still with Helen and insisted she is not to blame for the pair's split, saying Scott was the one sending saucy messages to her.
In an extract of the open letter, which was published in Now magazine, she wrote: "I know it must be hard to hear, Helen, but you've done the right thing leaving him. If he was my man, I wouldn't trust him at all."
Donatella, 29, also told how 24-year-old Scott often complimented her look and even compared her to Helen.
After receiving the letter, friends of the 22-year-old actress - who quit 'Corrie' in February 2012 after suffering from depression - are said to be concerned about her.
One told the Daily Star newspaper: "It will be shattering for her to read this woman gloating on how Scott was trying to cheat on her."
