A child has been born with the help of the fire services this morning.

A child has been born with the help of the fire services this morning.

The control room at Tara Street Fire Station in Dublin says it talked the mother and her partner through the birth as an ambulance crew was dispatched.

The crew arrived at the La Rochelle apartment building on High Street in Dublin and the child of Indian nationality was born just before 7am this morning.
