Sixty-seven people are feared dead after a bus plunged into a river when a bridge collapsed in northern Portugal.
Rescue officials say there is little chance of finding survivors.
Two other vehicles, believed to be cars carrying 10 people, also fell into the river at the bridge over the Douro river near Penafiel.
The river was deep at the bridge crossing, swollen by heavy rain.
Rescue services sent five motorboats and 65 men to the scene, while navy divers are heading to the accident from Porto, about 24 miles away.
After three hours of searches one body had been recovered.
A pillar of the 116-year-old bridge, about 180 miles north of Lisbon, gave way and the deck collapsed about 50 metres into the water.
