Dominic Foley is now officially a free agent and allowed to leave Bohemians after his contract was officially terminated by the club.

A month ago, Foley handed in his notice at Bohemians claiming that the terms of his contract had been broken by Bohemians failure to pay him a substantial signing on fee which was due last November.

A statement issued by Bohemians claims that Foley is now a free agent though neither party has admitted liability.
