Four-time Australian Open champion Andre Agassi beat 1999 runner-up Thomas Enqvist to move into the fourth round in Melbourne today.

Four-time Australian Open champion Andre Agassi beat 1999 runner-up Thomas Enqvist to move into the fourth round in Melbourne today.

Agassi came through 6-0 6-3 6-3 in 89 minutes against the Swede, and the champion’s next opponent will be number 13 seed Paradorn Srichaphan, from Thailand.

Srichaphan has moved into the last 16 for the first time, with a 6-3 7-5 6-4 win over Brazilian Gustavo Kuerten.
