Datalex has successfully implemented Bookit! Pro for PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's [TELEKOM] call centre division.
TELEKOM recently won a contract to operate call centre for PT Garuda Indonesia's mainframe host system as well as the airline' s loyal customer databases.
Bookit! Pro, customised with assistance from Datalex's local partners, enabled access to Garuda's flight availability, passenger reservation, baggage system and Garuda's frequent flyer system.
Work is currently under way to extend the operator's access to the cargo system, as well as integrating it into the call centre's telephone system, as well as integrating it to the call centre's telephone system.
