Australia leapt into a predictable early lead as the world champions dominated their African opponents Namibia.
There was no 20-second try for the Wallabies this time, though, as there had been against Romania last week.
However, the fans only had to wait until the second minute today as a slick pass from Nathan Grey put Lote Tuqiri into space on the right.
He then flicked a brilliant pass for Latham to score the first try, Rogers converting for a 7-0 lead.
In the fifth minute, a long series of rucks brought the Australians their second as Justin Harrison charged to within a few metres before David Lyons eventually dived over, Rogers again kicking to make it 14-0.
Latham scored his second as Australia moved the ball right from a scrum near the Namibian line and quick hands by Rogers put his full-back over the line again.
The bonus point was secured after just 11 minutes as a smooth set of rucks enabled Mortlock to burst through in midfield for the fourth try, again successfully converted.
Lyons was then driven over the line, but held up. From the ensuing scrum, Giteau sent Tuqiri in to score Australia’s fifth try of the day.
It was six just before the 20-minute mark when referee Joel Jutge awarded the Australians a penalty try.
