If our girls in green needed anymore motivation for tonight, they got it when Olympic gold medallist Katie Taylor popped in last night for a visit.
The Irish women’s rugby team take on Wales in Ashbourne at 7.30pm as they continue their quest for an unprecedented second Grand Slam in-a-row.

Katie, herself a former member of the Irish women’s soccer team, took part in the shirt giving ceremony and no doubt offered some pearls of wisdom to our scrum queens.
Having smashed Scotland 59-0 last week we have no doubt our ladies will do the business tonight.
Ireland women v Wales women will be streamed live on the new Irish rugby website tonight and we are hoping they will give the men a boost ahead of the huge game in the Aviva stadium tomorrow.
@irfurugby @KatieTaylor lots of legends!!!
