College offers courses for part-qualified apprentices

Help is on hand for redundant apprentices who have finished certain levels of their training, but cannot get the job they need in order to progress further.

Cork Institute of Technology is offering two new courses which aim to help semi-qualified apprentices complete their training and enhance their employment opportunities.

Places on the four-week and 12-week programmes are free, but limited, and are due to start next Monday.
