Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has targeted April 9 as the day the title will be won.

The Stamford Bridge club are 15 points ahead of Manchester United and 21 in front of Liverpool.

Eight wins will give Chelsea a second title on the run – assuming United and Liverpool drop points – and it could come against West Ham at home.

Mourinho told Chelsea TV: “We have the second Premiership in our hands, we cannot lose it.

“We are the champions, we want to be champions again.

“There are 13 matches to go, and now we can go into countdown and get the victories which will make us champions again.”
