A man is in a serious condition after being stabbed in Dublin city centre this evening.

A man is in a serious condition after being stabbed in Dublin city centre this evening.

The attack happened at Wood Quay at around 5:30pm.

The man was taken by ambulance to St. James's Hospital where he is in a serious condition.

Gardai have preserved the scene, but no arrests have been made.
