Wednesday’s meeting at Punchestown will need to survive an 8am inspection due to an adverse weather forecast.

The course is currently raceable, but the ground is described as heavy.

With more rain forecast overnight, officials felt it prudent to call an inspection when prospects will become clearer in the morning.

The seven-race card is due to commence at 1.15pm.
