The DUP leader says he will lead his ministers back into the Northern government, despite a finding that the IRA's army council still exists.
Peter Robinson says he will return to government after an independent report found there was no IRA approval for criminal activity by members.
A separate Garda report has found no evidence that the IRA Army Council has any function or operation south of the border.
Peter Robinson says he's not disturbed by claims that the IRA still exists, or that it might have influence over Sinn Fein.
"For me it's a distinction without a difference, for me the DNA of the army council was identical to the DNA of the Sinn Fein leadership."
