Six people suffered gunshot wounds when two men fired more than 50 rounds at a Florida apartment building, authorities say.
Sgt Shawn Coarsey, of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, said a group of about 10 people were sitting outside the Jacksonville building early on Monday when two men approached and opened fire.
Sgt Coarsey said the men fired with a rifle and a pistol.
According to a local news report, two victims were in critical condition and four others were listed as stable.
Sgt Coarsey told news station WJXT-TV that an infant had been part of the group, but the child was not hurt. He said the group had been targeted by the gunmen.
No additional information or arrest reports were immediately available from the sheriff's office.
